Personal Information

    I was born in Cleveland Ohio in May of 1955. I moved to New Mexico at age 9 with my parents because I had severe asthma and we were advised by the doctors that this climate would help the condition. It really didn't, but at age 13, I outgrew it anyway.

I started drawing life drawings at age 6, and have been an artist ever since. If you are interested you can go to my Gallery pages to view my works.

My main interest is the nature of earth and of outer space. That is why I am a life drawing artist, and why I became a professional astrologer in 1981. I did so after studying the subject since the age of 13 (11 years as student). I see astrology as the natural extension of the study of nature into space, and seek to reaffirm my connection to both. Nature intends the Grail. (please see my Arcturian1 site).

I have always been a wildlife enthusiast and have saved the lives of many animals acting as a rescuer and sanctuary on the ranch where I lived in New Mexico. While in New Mexico I studied Falconry and trained dozens of hawks, from Red Tails to Prairie Falcons (some photos on the photo album page). I got my first Red Tail when I was 11, by chasing him down on foot (with the help of my dog). I had him for 5 years. I had a Great Horned Owl I raised named Archimedes (Merlin?). My dog, a German Shepherd who I watched being born, traveled the entire desert within the Rio Grande Valley in which I lived. He flushed game for me while hunting with Falcons. His name was Shennendoah. He was born when I was 9 and was hit by a car when I was 21.

On the ranch where I was raised I had three horses, and raised numerous calves and pigs. I raised Fancy Pigeons for show as a boy as well.  I started running and hiking across the desert and mountains as my love for the outdoors and nature has been a central theme of my life.  I still spend half of my time every week outdoors. I am about 10 years old in the above photo.

In 1978 I moved to Southern California and began counseling my friends and acquaintances with the astrology I had learned over the years. It turned out I was helpful and accurate, so it became my most important life work-hence my company Astrological Consulting. I have written on astrology for Horoscope Magazine and have articles published intermittently in it.
