Hall of Taurus

This cave is called Lascaux. The painting is at least 17,000 years old.* It is near Montignac France in the Dordogne region. The "Hall of Bulls" shows the constellation of the Pleiades in Taurus near the top right as dots of black paint. The hall of bulls reflects the reverence these ancients had for the "Taurean concept" outlined at this site.
